About the role
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to deliver prompt, efficient, and professional customer service for our automotive products and services. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and policies through multiple channels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
- 0‑2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM system usage.
