Call Center Representative – Patient Services

About the role

Elements Clinics is seeking a full‑time Call Center Representative to join its on‑site team in Jeddah. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, and providing accurate information about the clinic’s aesthetic and medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound/outbound calls using the clinic’s call center system.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments.
• Update patient records in the clinic’s CRM and appointment tools.
• Direct calls or messages to the appropriate medical or administrative staff.
• Manage follow‑up calls, reminders, and basic administrative tasks.
• Handle patient concerns professionally, following standardized scripts and confidentiality guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience in a call center, clinic, or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with polite phone etiquette.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service training is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jeddah and adapt to clinic operating hours.
• Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or call‑center software.
• Experience using appointment‑scheduling tools.
• Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or similar office applications.
• Familiarity with contact‑center operations such as call handling, queue management, and script usage.
