Camp Supervisor – Construction Site

About the role

Group AMANA is seeking a motivated Camp Supervisor to oversee daily operations of labor accommodation facilities on its construction sites. The role ensures that camp services, safety standards, worker welfare, and compliance are maintained in line with company policies and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to internal and external health, safety, and security regulations; report and resolve violations.
• Maintain emergency contact information and communicate safety and environmental awareness to all camp residents.
• Assist the Camp Boss with new‑employee orientation and participate in labor committee meetings.
• Create a harmonious, fair environment for a diverse workforce.
• Ensure technical equipment (electrical appliances, A/C, etc.) is functional and coordinate repairs with suppliers.
• Prepare and update periodic reports; coordinate waste, sewerage, and water disposal with subcontractors.
• Document labor transfers between camps and manage PPE stock distribution.
• Support transportation teams in moving workers to and from work sites.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience supervising construction camps or similar labor accommodation facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with workers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage equipment, inventory, and reporting processes.
