Category Manager - Beauty

About the role

We are looking for a talented Category Manager to join the Commercial Team at Noon Minutes. You will be responsible for driving growth across multiple platforms within the Noon Group, focusing on the beauty category.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of the category roadmap and own revenue and gross‑margin targets for beauty across Noon platforms.
• Define the optimal assortment, plan stock responsibly, and drive pricing decisions to achieve P&L efficiencies while remaining competitive.
• Source new brand partnerships and execute product launches.
• Collaborate with vendors to secure marketing investments and ensure high‑quality campaign execution, working closely with the Ads team.
• Curate a compelling assortment and in‑app merchandising to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Design consumer journeys across channels by leveraging deep category and customer insights.
• Build long‑standing relationships with distributors and brands to address gaps, boost engagement, and promote Noon’s suite of tools.
• Work cross‑functionally with operations, customer service, growth and legal teams, using data insights to prioritize improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regional competitors and global business trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in category management, e‑commerce or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and margin targets in a fast‑moving environment.
