Catering Manager - Coffee Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to build and lead a catering division within a premium coffee and F&B environment in Riyadh. The role will oversee end‑to‑end catering operations, drive revenue growth across corporate and event segments, and ensure high‑quality service for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end catering operations including planning, production, logistics and delivery.
• Develop and implement catering strategies to increase revenue in corporate and event markets.
• Handle large‑scale catering orders, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations and logistics teams for seamless execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Design catering menus and service packages aligned with coffee and F&B offerings.
• Monitor costs, budgets and profitability of catering activities.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, local food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Recruit, train and manage catering staff and service teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the catering service line.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in catering operations, preferably in coffee, airline catering or large‑scale F&B environments.
• Proven track record handling high‑volume catering and corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of catering logistics, food production and service delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and operational compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets preferred.

Required skills

• HACCP food safety certification or knowledge.
