Food & Beverage Supervisor – Riyadh (Saudi nationals only)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Fairmont Ramla Riyadh oversees daily restaurant operations, ensures high-quality dining experiences, and maintains service standards across specialty outlets. The role includes supervising a designated station, coaching staff, and handling guest feedback to continuously improve service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for specialty outlets, demonstrating knowledge of their history and offerings.
• Supervise a designated station, ensuring consistent service and proper mise-en-place.
• Coach, train and develop the F&B team to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, stewarding and cashiers to ensure seamless operations.
• Gather and report guest feedback, addressing complaints promptly.
• Contribute to meeting monthly revenue targets and control inventory and costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using restaurant POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Familiarity with Opera, Salesforce and Delphi CRM platforms.
