CCR Operator

About the role

The CCR Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling unit/plant operation parameters at the Qurayyah site, ensuring safe and efficient performance while coordinating with other operators.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all unit parameters, record readings, and summarize shift activities in log books.
• Follow safety rules, manage fire equipment, and execute lock‑out/tag‑out procedures during maintenance.
• Report abnormalities, perform periodic protection tests, and raise work requests for faulty equipment.
• Assist in training new operators and ensure proper waste disposal and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering (mandatory) with a preference for a Bachelor of Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar CCR Operator role.
• Familiarity with plant P&IDs, SOPs, work instructions, and emergency operation procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of lock‑out/tag‑out procedures and permit‑to‑work systems.
• Understanding of emission monitoring, waste classification, and disposal.
• Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
