Celebrity Account Manager

About the role

Boutiqaat Company is seeking a dynamic Celebrity Account Manager to bridge the gap between high‑profile influencers and the brand’s e‑commerce initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison for celebrity partners, ensuring seamless collaboration from product curation to campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with celebrity clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
• Align celebrity objectives with business strategies to drive revenue and brand visibility.
• Coordinate product deliveries, boutique updates, and cross‑functional communication.
• Select appropriate celebrities for campaigns, track performance, and optimise strategies.
• Oversee campaign execution, including marketing coordination and boutique merchandising.
• Manage private‑label stock, exclusives, and boutique banners in partnership with purchasing, creative, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare sales reports and lead monthly business reviews with celebrity clients.
• Utilise CRM tools, dashboards, and social insights to identify trends and guide strategy.
• Propose bundles, flash sales, and tactical moves to boost boutique performance.
• Confirm payout accuracy, issue cheques, and close financial loops with the finance department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, e‑commerce, influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation, reporting and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.
