Certified Personal Trainer – Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Dammam

About the role

Enhance Fitness is expanding its trainer network across Saudi Arabia. As a Certified Personal Trainer you will deliver high‑quality, customized fitness sessions to clients using our mobile app, covering Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar and Dammam.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate clients, ensure session attendance and help them achieve fitness goals.
• Manage bookings, rescheduling and cancellations through the trainer app.
• Communicate schedule changes with the Head of Trainers and keep them informed.
• Prepare session plans in advance to optimise monthly workflow.
• Provide clear workout instructions, health tips and habit‑building guidance.
• Track client progress, schedule feedback sessions and adjust programs accordingly.
• Promote fitness packages and ensure clients maximise their subscriptions.

Required profile

• Accredited Personal Training certification and First Aid certification.
• Valid KSA driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
• BA or MA in Sport & Physical Education is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of personal training techniques, ethical conduct and excellent communication.
• Effective time‑management and organisational abilities.
