Change Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to support our digital transformation initiatives. You will help design and execute change strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive user adoption to ensure a smooth organizational transition.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of change management activities.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments.
• Assist in creating change readiness and adoption strategies.
• Coordinate user awareness, training, and communication initiatives.
• Monitor change adoption and measure effectiveness.
• Support business units throughout transformation projects.
• Identify and manage change‑related risks and resistance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and change management documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, organizational development, project management, or business transformation.
