Channel Manager – Epson Solutions

About the role

The Channel Manager will lead Epson solutions across Saudi Arabia, building and nurturing a network of distributors, resellers and strategic partners to drive revenue and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new channel partners across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers and strategic partners.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Develop sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and conduct regular business reviews.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, rebates and partner incentive programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Presales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Technical Support) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to improve business results.
• Support major enterprise opportunities and tender submissions.
• Present business performance and strategic plans to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development or partner management.
• Proven experience selling Epson or similar printing, imaging, projection or enterprise hardware solutions.
• Experience working with distributors and reseller networks within Saudi Arabia.
• Vendor certification from Epson or equivalent is an advantage.
