Chef Assistant – Bakery & Pastry

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef Assistant to join KEGLU Bakery, a specialist in keto and gluten‑free baked goods. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in daily bakery and pastry production, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing a variety of bakery and pastry items.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes.
• Support baking, decorating, and finishing processes.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Help manage stock levels and organize ingredients.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations and workflow.
• Ensure finished products meet the company’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a bakery or pastry environment.
• Good command of English for clear communication.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with keto or gluten‑free products is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with bakery equipment.
• Solid understanding of baking techniques.
