Chef de Partie – Room Service & Breakfast

About the role

A Radisson hotel in Riyadh is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join its culinary team, specializing in Room Service and Breakfast operations. The post-holder is in charge of the breakfast and in-room dining (IRD) operation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and room service dishes with consistency and creativity.
• Ensure efficient mise en place and smooth service during early shifts.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining offerings.
• Train and guide junior team members when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong background in breakfast and room service operations.
• Knowledge of Asian and international cuisine is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
