Chef Sales Supervisor HORECA

About the role

The Chef Sales Supervisor – HORECA will act as the culinary ambassador for Arla Foods in the Saudi market, combining sales expertise with hands‑on cooking to promote our dairy products to hotels, restaurants and catering outlets. You will drive product adoption through live demonstrations, tastings and tailored menu solutions while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective HORECA customers to identify needs and convert opportunities into sales.
• Prepare and cook Arla products on‑site, showcasing applications, quality and versatility.
• Conduct live cooking demonstrations, tastings and menu development sessions.
• Generate new leads, build a robust pipeline and negotiate prices within authorized limits.
• Provide technical and culinary support, answering product‑usage questions.
• Collect market insights, customer feedback and competitor activity for internal reporting.
• Develop weekly sales plans, prioritize accounts and manage time to meet targets.
• Coach distributor sales representatives on product knowledge and culinary techniques.
• Coordinate with distributors, direct customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of foodservice or HORECA sales experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Chef background or strong cooking skills with ability to present products professionally.
• Proven FMCG experience.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication and presentation abilities.
