Chemist – Water Production (Jeddah)

About the role

We are looking for a Chemist to join Nestlé Waters KSA at the Almanhal Water Factory in Jeddah. The role involves performing chemical, microbiological and physical analyses on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chemical, microbiological and physical tests on incoming raw materials such as water, plastic resin, and colorants.
• Implement and follow the QMS plan throughout the testing process.
• Assist the Quality Head by providing required data for product release procedures.
• Train operators and technicians on simple analytical methods related to their tasks.
• Prepare and manage documentation, including test reports and receiving reports.
• Report any abnormalities through quality deviation notifications and apply immediate corrective actions.
• Collect and handle samples from various production stages for quality assessment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of English.
• At least one month of relevant experience (junior level).
