Chief Accountant – Finance

About the role

The Finance team at Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Chief Accountant to oversee the hotel’s financial operations. You will ensure accurate reporting, manage payroll, and maintain strict control over cash and bank activities while supporting a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file all General Ledger reports and monthly journal vouchers.
• Reconcile house bank balances, foreign currency receipts, and bank statements; investigate discrepancies.
• Process authorized payroll, calculate final pay, and submit payroll journals.
• Verify cash deposits, manage over‑and‑short reports, and maintain the cashier’s book.
• Control accounts payable/receivable, follow up on payments, and ensure timely credit collection.
• Review P&L and balance‑sheet accounts monthly and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
• Coordinate with all departments, provide financial updates to the Financial Controller, and attend required meetings and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality accounting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and adherence to reporting deadlines.
