About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and profitability across all transportation and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and long‑term business plan.
• Lead transportation, logistics, fleet, warehousing, and supply‑chain operations.
• Drive business growth through new customers, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, investments, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and government regulations.
• Build and lead a high‑performing executive team.
• Represent the company with customers, regulators, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead digital transformation, fleet optimisation, and operational‑efficiency projects.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply‑chain or related industries.
• 8+ years in senior leadership or executive management positions.
• Proven track record managing large transportation networks, fleets, or logistics operations.
• Strong commercial, financial, and operational leadership background.
