About the role

The client, a leading company in the Human Resources sector, is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer the organisation’s strategic direction, drive growth and enhance operational performance across the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s long‑term strategic vision and growth plan.
• Lead all business operations to ensure sustainable performance and profitability.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion and penetration initiatives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure corporate governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead organisational development and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Monitor financial performance and optimise operational efficiency.
• Represent the company at industry events, strategic meetings and business forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including senior executive leadership roles.
• Proven experience within Human Resources, recruitment, staffing or outsourcing sectors.
• Strong track record of driving business growth, profitability and organisational transformation.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi labour market and HR services industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
