About the role
Mercer KSA is launching the 2026 Graduate Programme – Grow Our Own – to develop future leaders in HR consulting and organizational transformation. The 12‑month programme runs from October 2026 to October 2027 and offers rotations across high‑impact practice areas.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple practice teams, contributing to real client projects and internal initiatives.
- Participate in technical workshops, behavioural training, and e‑learning modules.
- Engage with mentors and senior leaders to build a professional network.
Required profile
- Recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Passion for HR, transformation, and business consulting.
- Curious, collaborative and eager to learn.
