About the role
The Chief Executive Officer will own full P&L responsibility and drive the strategic direction, operational performance, and long‑term growth of a leading retail and consumer‑goods group in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of the organisation into a structured, performance‑driven, and scalable enterprise.
- Work closely with shareholders and the board to define growth priorities, portfolio strategy, and capital allocation.
- Strengthen leadership depth, improve operational discipline, and drive commercial excellence across all business units.
- Represent the group externally with partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.
Required profile
- Extensive CEO or Managing Director experience in retail, consumer goods, or multi‑brand environments.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses and leading complex organisations.
- Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similar GCC markets; familiarity with family offices or boards is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen, governance awareness, and stakeholder management skills; Arabic beneficial but not mandatory.
