Chief Executive Officer – Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our specialty coffee business in Riyadh. The CEO will set strategic direction, drive growth and profitability, and inspire the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategic plan aligned with the group’s vision.
• Lead and manage the executive team, providing guidance to achieve business goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and government entities.
• Monitor industry trends, identify growth and diversification opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and cost control to drive profitability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and high performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Maintain deep market and competition knowledge and address challenges proactively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large corporation or conglomerate.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of operations, financial management and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
