Chief Medical Officer (CMO) – Private Hospital

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to shape the medical strategy and clinical operations of a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art private hospital in Riyadh. The successful candidate will lead the commissioning of the facility from the ground up, establishing clinical workflows, policies, and a high‑performing medical team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee medical planning, clinical zoning, and procurement of medical equipment for the new hospital.
• Define and implement clinical workflows, policies, bylaws, and procedures before launch.
• Lead recruitment, credentialing, and privileging of consultants, specialists, and resident doctors locally and internationally.
• Optimize clinical resource allocation, manage the medical budget, and collaborate with the executive team to ensure financial viability while maintaining care quality.
• Foster a patient‑centric culture focused on clinical excellence, empathy, and seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Licensed Medical Doctor (MBBS).
• Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Medical Management (MMM), or Executive MBA.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical and medical leadership roles.
