Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team, ensuring alignment of business priorities, driving execution of key initiatives and coordinating cross‑functional efforts across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO/Managing Director and senior leaders to define, prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate across departments to guarantee timely delivery of business objectives and monitor progress of major projects and transformation programmes.
• Support decision‑making through data analysis, insights and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations and board‑level materials.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and lead process‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage high‑priority projects, ensuring effective execution across teams.
• Assist in strategic planning, business reviews and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑12+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations or executive support roles, preferably in consulting firms or strategy teams.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership or C‑level executives.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Saudi nationality required.
