Chief of Staff – Strategic Executive Partner

About the role

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving the organization’s mission forward. This senior role requires a seasoned leader with deep analytical ability and a proven record of operational excellence. You will oversee the execution of key initiatives, ensure cross‑departmental alignment, and nurture a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to refine and implement the organization’s strategic vision.
• Develop, track, and report performance metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Lead special projects and cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance collaboration.
• Prepare data‑driven briefing materials and present actionable recommendations to support executive decision‑making.
• Support the CEO in managing relationships with board members, external stakeholders, and key partners.
• Assess operational efficiency across business units and propose enhancements to optimize performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or executive support within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and implement strategic change.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and their use in strategic decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
