About the role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Chocolate Pastry Chef to join our client’s culinary team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on crafting high‑quality chocolate‑based desserts and pastries while maintaining strict food safety and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of chocolate desserts, pastries, and specialty sweets.
• Create chocolate products with excellent taste, texture, and visual appeal.
• Develop new chocolate and pastry concepts and recipes.
• Ensure consistency in portioning, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Properly store and handle chocolate and pastry ingredients.
• Organize and keep the pastry and chocolate workstations tidy.
• Collaborate efficiently with the pastry team during peak periods.
• Follow established recipes while contributing innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chocolate Pastry Chef, Chocolatier, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of chocolate preparation and pastry techniques.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to produce consistent high‑quality products.
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Preferred nationalities: Egyptian, Jordanian, Lebanese, or Syrian.
• Willingness to attend a practical skills test at the client’s workplace.
