Cinema Store Manager

About the role

The Cinema Store Manager will lead the daily operations of Banan Gifts Store, ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate inventory control, and an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This role combines operational oversight with strategic planning to maintain high standards of product presentation, cleanliness, and overall store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all incoming and outgoing inventory operations, monitor stock levels, and forecast future needs.
• Prepare and submit purchase requests to prevent stock shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of products and inventory movements in approved systems.
• Conduct regular and surprise inventory counts, resolving any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to monitor delivery schedules and ensure product availability.
• Oversee daily sales operations, manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, and ensure accurate cash and electronic transactions.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and collection reports.
• Ensure professional product display, correct pricing labels, and proper promotional material placement.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and maintain compliance with service policies.
• Supervise store cleanliness, monitor facility conditions, and report maintenance needs.
• Propose improvement ideas to boost performance, sales, and service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations or store supervision, preferably in gifts, accessories, or lifestyle retail.
• Proven experience with POS systems and retail operational tools.
