Business Development Officer

About the role

The Business Development Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Riyadh, driving new opportunities for Rammteck International’s construction, design and related services. You will identify market prospects, build client relationships and support strategic partnerships to fuel sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse potential markets and lead sources in construction, architecture and design.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and pricing assessments for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal technical and leadership teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Track sales pipelines, performance metrics and support contract negotiations.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the client lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong new‑business development skills, including market research and lead generation.
• Analytical ability and basic finance knowledge to evaluate project feasibility and revenue projections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in construction, architecture, real‑estate development or design‑focused industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks and collaborate with multidisciplinary, international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
