About the role
Bechtel is seeking a Civil Engineer focused on design to join its infrastructure team for the Expo 2030 Riyadh project. The role is based in Riyadh and involves coordinating design activities, reviewing constructability, and interacting with clients to define scope and cost.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and review civil design packages across the project.
- Conduct client interviews to capture work scope and develop cost estimates.
- Perform quantity take‑offs and support design development for streets, parks and utility works.
- Execute steel and concrete calculations in line with sustainability standards.
Required profile
- Minimum five years (≈60 months) of experience in civil structural engineering design.
- Proven ability to conduct constructability reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
