Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join a leading engineering and construction firm in Riyadh. The role focuses on planning, executing and supervising large‑scale road and infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet design, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction activities for roads, utilities and related infrastructure.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, technical specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to keep progress on track.
• Monitor quality control procedures and compliance with industry standards.
• Review method statements, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental regulations on site.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in road works, utilities, drainage and earthworks on large‑scale projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction codes and standards.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
