Civil Engineer

About the role

Caddell Construction is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join its Riyadh office. The position is full‑time, on‑site and open to Saudi nationals who are recent graduates or have up to one year of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design and coordination of civil works for major construction projects.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants and internal project teams.
• Support compliance with local codes, project specifications and company standards.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Identify technical issues and provide practical recommendations to maintain quality, safety and schedule.
• Contribute to project documentation, technical reports and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure or site works.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering design principles and local construction practices.
