Civil Supervisor

About the role

The Civil Supervisor will lead civil construction activities for brownfield oil & gas, petrochemical or power plant projects, ensuring safe execution in live operating facilities under Permit to Work systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage excavation, reinforced concrete, structural steel, underground utilities, duct banks, backfilling and road restoration works.
• Interpret and apply IFC drawings, specifications, method statements and ITPs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Survey, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument disciplines.
• Oversee punch‑list clearance, prepare as‑built documentation and support project close‑out activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and Saudi Electricity standards where applicable.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology (preferred) or Technical Institute Certificate with extensive experience.
• 8–10 years of civil construction experience, including at least 5 years on brownfield oil & gas, petrochemical or power plant projects.
• Proven experience working in live operating facilities under Permit to Work systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and manpower management abilities.
