Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor for LOEWE, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to every client. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, building lasting relationships while promoting the heritage and craftsmanship of the house.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store objectives.
• Engage clients emotionally, providing personalized service and memorable experiences.
• Develop and maintain a client book, updating information in company tools.
• Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
• Share LOEWE’s brand history, heritage, and product stories through knowledgeable storytelling.
• Assist with visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.
• Support inventory management and perform ad‑hoc back‑of‑house tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience meeting individual goals and contributing to team results.
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Inclusive, open‑minded, and naturally empathetic.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Commercial mindset combined with a team‑player attitude.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
