Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will act as a FENDI ambassador, delivering an elevated and luxurious customer journey. You will be responsible for building loyalty, recruiting new clients, and exceeding both individual and store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Engage in upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling across all product categories.
• Provide outstanding service in line with company guidelines.
• Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal FENDI client base using CRM tools.
• Manage customer service quality, ensuring professionalism and a human touch.
• Operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, inquiries and customer database input.
• Support daily store operations activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for retail and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication skills, self‑reliant, friendly and patient.
• Strong organization, professionalism and self‑confidence.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
