Client Relations Officer

About the role

The Client Relations Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role bridges communication between clients and internal teams, particularly within the health insurance domain.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries received via WhatsApp groups, email, phone, CRM systems, and other approved channels.
• Take ownership of each case from receipt to resolution, providing continuous follow‑up and accurate updates.
• Coordinate medical queries with the Medical Approval Team and Medical Care Unit.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Claims, Network, Customer Care, IT, Underwriting, and Operations for technical, operational, or administrative issues.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases appropriately and maintain complete documentation of all communications.
• Identify recurring issues and propose service improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Insurance, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, medical insurance, or healthcare operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems and other communication platforms.
