Clinical Consultant – Acute Care Informatics (META)

About the role

You will drive growth of Acute Care Informatics (ACI) solutions across the META region, helping prospective customers realize value through deep product expertise throughout the sales cycle. The role blends clinical knowledge with consultative selling to ensure successful adoption of Philips' ACI portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product expertise and clinical guidance to Sales Specialists and channel partners during the sales process.
• Deliver product demonstrations and lead in‑depth conversations with prospective customers.
• Advise customers on optimal product configuration and workflow integration.
• Co‑sell with non‑ACI sellers to extend the full ACI portfolio to broader Philips enterprise customers.
• Educate channel partners and non‑specialist sellers on product value propositions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on Philips applications.
• Support initiatives that optimize clinical workflows and operational efficiencies.
• Translate ACI business strategy into field objectives and support the order funnel.
• Maintain best practices in Salesforce usage for reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Clinical background in acute care environments such as ICU, ED or OT.
• Experience with clinical decision support tools, ICU protocols, bundles and scoring systems.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of clinical decision support (CDS) tools.
• Familiarity with ICU data aggregation, dashboards, reporting and device integration platforms.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and patient monitoring systems.
• Experience using Salesforce for sales hygiene and forecasting.
