Clinical Provider (Mental Health Counselling)

About the role

Intellect Care offers counselling and psychotherapy services to help people resolve personal, social or psychological difficulties. As a Clinical Provider in Dammam, you will provide in-person mental health counselling for the employees of Intellect's local clients in Saudi Arabia, reporting to the client's office for morning, evening or overnight shifts depending on the client's request.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate 1-on-1 sessions on topics such as resilience, stress management and well-being resources
• Lead group sessions on coping strategies and moderate peer support sessions
• Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops on mental health awareness and resilience
• Share a monthly report on utilisation and participation
• Work with Intellect's internal clinical team, suggesting improvements to the program and the platform
• Hold a monthly 1-hour check-in with the internal team during regular working hours (10 AM - 6 PM Singapore Time)

Required profile

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Counselling
• At least 3 years of clinical experience (excluding Master's degree training) and 500 supervised clinical hours
• Valid clinical license or eligibility for licensure in your country of practice
• Open to a contract role ending after 2 years, with in-person sessions 5 days a week and evening sessions (9 PM - 6 AM) subject to client approval

Required skills

• Experience with trauma-informed approaches such as TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT for trauma survivors and Somatic Experiencing
• Openness to providing supervision once every 2 months
