About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join a leading medical device company in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering clinical guidance, training, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training sessions.
• Support patient onboarding and follow‑up activities to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support activities and maintain consistent service delivery.
• Respond to clinical enquiries and offer product‑related guidance.
• Support educational initiatives and awareness activities within the healthcare community.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Valid nursing licence/registration in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience, preferably within medical devices or related healthcare environments.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Patient‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be a Saudi national and based in Riyadh.
