Cloud Security Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Consultant to design, implement and govern cloud security controls for banking and regulated clients in Saudi Arabia. The role will align cloud security practices with national regulations and industry best‑practice frameworks, ensuring a secure‑by‑design cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a cloud security roadmap, tracking milestones, best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Review, update and enforce cloud security policies, standards, processes and baselines.
• Ensure alignment with Saudi NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls, NCA Cloud Cybersecurity Controls and SAMA Cybersecurity Framework.
• Design secure cloud reference architectures covering network segmentation, encryption, identity and access management and workload protection.
• Conduct cloud security assessments and gap analyses against banking security baselines.
• Identify risks, propose remediation actions and maintain risk registers and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure and security teams to embed security controls in cloud deployments.
• Prepare assessment reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Cloud Security Consultant or in a similar role within regulated environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Saudi regulatory frameworks (NCA ECC, NCA CCC, SAMA CSF).
• Proven track record of conducting cloud security assessments for banking or financial services clients.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment and documentation skills.
