Cloud Solution Expert

About the role

The Cloud Solution Expert is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor responsible for designing, engineering, and governing enterprise‑scale cloud solutions across multi‑cloud environments. You will translate strategic business objectives into secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient architectures while shaping the organization’s cloud strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring scalability, resiliency, high availability, and performance.
• Drive hands‑on engineering activities such as prototyping, solution validation, and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Bicep.
• Architect cloud‑native and hybrid solutions, including microservices, serverless, and container‑based platforms.
• Define integration patterns across enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, event‑driven architectures).
• Contribute to business case development, TCO, ROI, and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Support pre‑sales and bid activities with solution design, technical input, and effort estimation.
• Establish and evolve Cloud Center of Excellence practices, landing zones, reference architectures, and security baselines.
• Apply governance guardrails for compliance, cost control, identity management, and operational excellence.
• Perform architecture reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
