Cluster Food & Beverage Marketing Manager

About the role

The Cluster Food & Beverage Marketing Manager will design and execute the marketing strategy for all F&B outlets across the Red Sea Global Hospitality portfolio. Working closely with Restaurant General Managers, the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage, and the PR & Marcom team, you will drive brand awareness, guest traffic, and revenue through integrated communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual F&B marketing plan, aligning with business objectives and brand standards.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including website and landing‑page management, social media campaigns, and online reputation monitoring.
• Create innovative programs and campaigns that showcase outlet concepts, menus, and team talent.
• Maintain up‑to‑date content on partner and third‑party platforms, ensuring consistency with brand storytelling.
• Manage subscriber databases while complying with privacy regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with sales, PR, and operations teams to synchronize messaging and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing, preferably at a cluster or multi‑site level.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
