Cluster Marketing Manager

About the role

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Cluster Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence of Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based at the Red Sea property with regular travel to AMAALA, you will shape brand storytelling, drive engagement, and support commercial performance across both luxury destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, CRM, retargeting, and website optimization.
• Lead social media strategy and editorial planning, ensuring alignment with brand standards and destination narratives.
• Direct content production (photography, videography, short‑form video, editorial) and provide creative guidance to Content Creators and agency partners.
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships from identification to performance evaluation.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics, A/B testing, sentiment monitoring, audience insights, and conversion analysis.
• Maintain consistent digital brand presence across websites, social channels, OTAs, and third‑party platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within luxury hospitality or related high‑end consumer brands.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance storytelling and commercial results.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with corporate teams, agencies, and operational leaders.
• Leadership capability to mentor content creators and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
