Commercial Director – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Commercial Director will lead the overall commercial strategy for Four Seasons Riyadh, a flagship luxury hotel located in the iconic Kingdom Tower. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with regional commercial teams, the role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share and brand positioning across all commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial plan that aligns with Four Seasons brand standards and business objectives.
• Oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Public Relations and Digital Marketing teams.
• Lead high‑performing teams, set targets, monitor performance and ensure financial results meet or exceed expectations.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel’s presence in transient, group, leisure, wholesale and corporate segments.
• Collaborate with operational departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and maximize profitability.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial roles within luxury hospitality.
• Strong strategic vision with a track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluency in English.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian hospitality market and luxury guest expectations.
