Commercial Manager – Saudi Nationals

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager (Saudi National) to support newly awarded projects across various sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role provides pre‑ and post‑contract commercial support, ensuring effective cost control and risk management on high‑profile infrastructure and building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑ and post‑contract commercial support, including management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs.
• Review interim valuations, payment certificates and variations, and prepare recommendations.
• Assist in risk, value management and cost control functions, preparing progress and cost reports.
• Support change management processes and prepare estimates and cost forecasts.
• Attend and represent the company at commercial meetings and liaise with the Project Director on all commercial issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of pre‑ and post‑contract commercial experience, including change management.
• MRICS chartered status and experience with FIDIC contracts.
• Proven experience managing teams and client‑facing responsibilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Middle East, based in KSA.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QS software such as Cost‑X.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract administration.
