Commis Chef (Level 3)

About the role

Fairmont RAMLA Riyadh is looking for a motivated Commis Chef (Level 3) to join its vibrant kitchen team. This onsite position offers the chance to work in a luxury hotel environment, supporting the culinary team in delivering high‑quality dishes for lunch and dinner service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish food orders according to recipes, ensuring consistent plate presentation.
• Maintain the highest food quality standards and adhere to PPH preparation guidelines.
• Set up and replenish your station for lunch and dinner, following the Chef de Partie’s instructions.
• Execute mise en place, food storage, and cold‑storage control to guarantee safety and hygiene.
• Assist with sauce, soup, and hot entrée preparation as required.
• Collaborate with senior chefs for seasoning, portioning, and timely delivery of dishes.

Required profile

• At least one month of kitchen experience or a culinary apprenticeship.
• Strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
