Communication Research and Analysis Director

About the role

The Communication Research and Analysis Director leads the development and execution of ZATCA’s communication research, awareness, and marketing strategies. This senior role oversees data collection, analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting to enhance public engagement and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align the Awareness business plan and operational plan for communication research with ZATCA’s overall strategy.
• Manage the communication research budget, monitor expenditures, and propose initiatives that generate financial impact and mitigate risks.
• Conduct local and global research, benchmarking studies, and target‑segment analysis to inform marketing and communication strategies.
• Design and launch advertising and marketing campaigns, set KPIs, and continuously evaluate performance across social media and other channels.
• Identify potential media crises, create rapid response plans, and coordinate with relevant functions to resolve issues.
• Provide sentiment and personality analysis for high‑level events, governors’ receptions, and new regulatory announcements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic communication initiatives.
