Community & Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Community & Brand Manager to lead community engagement and brand presence for a fast‑growing AI startup. In this high‑impact role you will shape how the company connects with customers, partners, and the broader AI ecosystem through both online and offline initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies that strengthen brand awareness and foster meaningful relationships.
• Plan, organize and manage participation in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and networking events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, booth design, promotional materials and on‑site execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, building relationships with prospects, customers, partners and community members.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with universities, industry groups and ecosystem partners.
• Manage community engagement across online and offline channels to ensure consistent communication.
• Collaborate with content, design and marketing teams to create event campaigns and promotional assets.
• Measure success of events and community programs using key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, brand marketing, events or partnerships.
• Proven track record planning and executing large‑scale exhibitions, conferences or trade shows.
• Strong understanding of community‑building and brand‑engagement strategies.
• Experience managing external partners, vendors and sponsors.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Outstanding communication, networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, content, design and sales.
