Community & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Tamatem, the leading mobile games publisher in the MENA region, is seeking a passionate Community & Partnerships Manager to act as its local representative in Saudi Arabia. You will strengthen Tamatem’s presence in the Kingdom by building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and staying closely connected to the Saudi gaming ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Tamatem at gaming, entertainment and industry events across Saudi Arabia.
• Build and nurture relationships with brands, sponsors, government entities, gaming organisations, universities and local communities.
• Identify and secure sponsorships and partnership opportunities, supporting negotiations and coordinating execution with internal teams.
• Monitor emerging gaming trends, player behaviours and cultural moments, sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
• Discover and engage Saudi gaming influencers and content creators, supporting influencer campaigns and community activations.
• Plan, organise and execute community events, tournaments and local activations, handling logistics and on‑ground execution.
• Coordinate merchandise production, distribution and reward programmes for VIP players, tournament winners and influencers.

Required profile

• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, community management, events, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent networking, relationship‑building, communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
