Compliance & Government Relations Manager – Quick Commerce

About the role

This position ensures that all Quick Commerce sites comply with regulatory requirements while actively managing relationships with government bodies. The manager bridges compliance enforcement with proactive engagement to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site compliance framework, including licensing, permits, and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct regular compliance audits, gap assessments, and ensure timely renewal of permits.
• Develop and maintain compliance registers, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Build and sustain relationships with government agencies, monitor legislative changes, and advise leadership.
• Support branch managers on regulatory interfaces and develop government engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Engineering to integrate compliance and government relations into new site launches and operational changes.
• Report compliance and government relations status to senior leadership on a regular cadence.

Required profile

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross‑functional work with tech and non‑tech teams.
• Experience defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• SQL.
