Concierge Supervisor

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor leads the daily concierge desk at Rosewood Red Sea, delivering personalized, luxury service to guests from arrival to departure. Working closely with front office, butler services, transportation, housekeeping, and F&B teams, the supervisor ensures seamless coordination of guest requests and memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the concierge desk, guaranteeing exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with transportation, dining reservations, destination recommendations, activities, and special requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers.
• Manage guest information, itineraries, reservations, and follow‑up requests accurately.
• Train and develop concierge associates to uphold luxury service standards.
• Identify and create opportunities for personalized, memorable guest experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Experience in concierge, guest relations, front‑office operations, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of local destinations and ability to tailor recommendations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Leadership mindset, able to inspire teamwork and maintain composure under pressure.
