Construction Director

About the role

You will lead the construction supervision team, overseeing site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and all other disciplines on the construction site. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and other disciplines.
• Make senior‑level project decisions and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Manage civil, infrastructure, building, landscape and irrigation works valued at up to 4 billion SAR.
• Prepare instructions, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with General Conditions of Contract, Quality Assurance and Quantity Surveying standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision and project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale civil and infrastructure projects.
